Magnolia Place combines residential and retail uses in a manner that maximizes the benefits of its infill location in San Francisco's Marina District. The project was designed, entitled and constructed to respond to very different street frontages. Ground floor retail fronts heavily trafficked Lombard Street. The one- and two-bedroom apartments open to a quiet neighborhood street or face the project's expansive interior landscaped courtyard.
